Join us for Paws and Poses, a monthly yoga session hosted at the Gulf Coast Humane Society! This one-hour yoga class is the perfect way to relax, recharge, all while supporting a great cause.

All proceeds go directly to the Gulf Coast Humane Society to help provide care, shelter, and love to animals in need. Whether you’re a yoga pro or a first-timer, this session is open to all levels.
