Find your inner peace and meet some furry friends while you’re at it.
Join us for Paws & Pose, a relaxing yoga session held in the Adoptions Lobby at Gulf Coast Humane Society. This event combines gentle yoga practice with the joy of spending time with adorable adoptable pets.
The following dates will be kitten yoga: March 22, June 21, September 27, and December 27.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is a great way to unwind, connect with animals, and support our mission of helping pets in need.
When: Every 4th Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
